What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each of our charters comes with a trained crew, safety gear, fuel, and light refreshments. Different charters include different offerings — for instance, our sunset tours offer gourmet snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while business charters offer meeting amenities and corporate catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure your booking, we suggest reserving at least 2–3 weeks ahead, or earlier for peak times (May–September). For company events or private occasions, scheduling 4–6 weeks prior ensures better availability for the yacht of your choice and allows for a more tailored experience.
What is the procedure if weather conditions are not favorable?
Our primary concern is safety. Should our captain rule the weather conditions unsafe, we'll propose an alternative date for the charter or provide a complete refund. We closely monitor weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if we anticipate unsuitable weather 24 hours prior to your charter's planned departure.
Is it allowed to bring my own refreshments and food?
Certainly, you may bring personal food and drinks. We also have excellent catering services available and can personalize your menu. Please note that for safety measures, glassware is not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We make every effort to ensure our guests' comfort. Some vessels are more accessible compared to others. Discuss your individual needs with us while booking, and we'll recommend the most accessible yacht and ensure necessary provisions are in place.
What is the policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made over 72 hours before departure are fully refundable. Those made between 24-72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable, except in instances of adverse weather conditions or mechanical problems on our end.
