Service Charge: €50 for card payments

Entitled to: Half the cost of the total yacht charter
Refund Process Duration: 7-10 working days
Service Charge: €25 extracted from the refund amount
Requirements: A valid cancellation rationale is necessary; administrative fees are applicable
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Entitled to: No opportunity for a refund
Exception: Consideration may be given under urgent circumstances
Alternative: A credit for future charters might be given at the discretion of management
Requirements: Proof needed for emergency situations
Cancellations Due to Weather
Our Commitment to Safe Weather Conditions
Safety is paramount. Should the weather conditions pose risks, as per our certified captain's judgment, we present adaptable solutions:
- Full Refund: Issued when rescheduling isn’t an option
- Reschedule: No extra charge for moving to another suitable date
- Charter Credit: Given for use within a year of the original yacht charter
Evaluating Weather Conditions
We check the following weather elements:
- An analysis of wind velocity and patterns
- The forecast for high tide and oceanic conditions
- Predicted visibility and precipitation
- Maritime cautions and advisories
- Our professional captain's safety assessment
Final Decisions: Determinations regarding weather cancellations are made no less than 4 hours prior to the planned departure.
Refunds for Medical Emergencies

We are considerate of unexpected medical situations. Special considerations can be applied to cases like:
- Sudden medical conditions or accidents necessitating immediate hospitalization
- A family member’s passing
- Urgent military deployment
- Legal obligations such as jury duty
- Travel obstructions due to natural catastrophes
Submitting Proof for Emergency Situations
Required documentation for emergency refund requests include:
- Qualified medical certification or hospital records
- Official document of a relative's passing, if suitable
- Military dispatch orders
- Legal notifications
- Emergency travel warnings or declarations
Refund Timing: We aim to process refunds for emergencies within 3-5 working days upon getting the necessary documentation.
Cancellations of Service Due to Operations
Vessel Malfunctions
In the case that your designated yacht isn't operable and can't be fixed:
- Alternative Yacht: We make efforts to supply a comparable replacement
- Full Refund: Offered when no appropriate substitute is found
- Partial Refund: If the substitute yacht has a different pricing structure
- Compensation: We may provide further reparation for the inconvenience
Crew Absence
In the rare event that a certified crew is not available:
- An alternate crew will be arranged, if possible
- Full refund if the yacht trip can't continue
- Opportunity to reschedule without extra fees

Refunds are issued back to the payment method used at the time of booking:

- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

- A proportional refund according to the unspent charter duration
- Credit issued for a future similar-value yacht rental
- Complimentary benefits or grade increases

In instances where an early termination is a result of guest behavior or safety infringement:
- No refund for the time unused
- Full payment is still required
- Potential for additional fees
